Ewart Shadoff opens with 64 for 2-shot lead on LPGA Visit

CAMARILLO, Calif. (AP) — Jodi Ewart Shadoff went on a run of four straight birdies late in her round Thursday for a 8-under 64, making a two-effort lead in the LPGA Mediheal end over 10 years looking for a subtle title. “I just felt truly loosened up today,” she said. “Everything was only sort of streaming. I was simply moving it all around well with the putter. Simply helps when everything is gelling together. “Ewart Shadoff, a 34 year old from Britain who played school golf at New Mexico started her round on the standard 3 tenth with a birdie. She was coming consistently until a 3-wood to 10 feet for hawk on the standard 5 fourteenth hole. “That falcon truly launched my round,” Ewart Shadoff said. “Then, at that point, only sort of got hot from there. “She returned in the wake of being out for over two months, and showed streaks in Arkansas two weeks prior with a next in line finish.
